Hi guys, love the site. I was referred here from the triples forum. I am currently restoring an xs750E ovr hre in Australia, have stripped her down, sandblasted the frame and other parts and had them Powder Coated. The bore has been honed and the head reconditioned, everything else motor wise, other than pistons and rings, seemed ok before stripping her. I have just rebuilt the fork legs and re coated the triple clamps and will be doing the steer head bearings in the next few days. After that it will be rebuilding the motor with a new set of pistons and rings that I obtained and then re-installing the motor in the frame. Long way to go to finish the restoration but hopefully she will be on the road again some time this year, money permitting.
Fortunately or unfortunately I have become a little distracted by a 1977 Suzuki GS550 that came into my possession a week ago. It's still road registered and I have started giving it a 'light' restoration. The GS will allow me to do do a few rides and rally's with the local Vintage Club until the XS is finished.
Once again, love the site and I wish you all the best for the future.

Hi Site looks great thanks for the update Warren. I do not appear to able to find any where to register. Also looking for a major part for my XS850.
Thanks Chris

Thanks Chris,

There is nowhere to register yet because it's not a forum (yet), just a place where we can post useful stuff about triples.

We'll try to expand it in future though. And I will add a link to the German triples site also.
